iSonic Design System
Building the shared foundation that let a small team ship consistently without slowing down.
I led the end-to-end design and implementation of iSonic's design system: from a full component and style audit through token architecture, theming, and production-ready component work. The system standardized over 25 components across nearly 100% of the platform — giving a three-person development team a consistent source of truth to build from without requiring a design review at every step.
Key work included a three-tier token architecture (Primitive → Alias → Mapped), a Figma-to-code sync pipeline via JSON export, and component design that accounted for accessibility states, edge cases, and configurability — all shipped under the constraint of maintaining development velocity in a 0→1 product environment.
