The Product

Why iSonic?

While building a messaging service for content creators, we noticed a pattern. Many creators weren’t just influencers — they were experts their audiences turned to for advice, explanations, and trusted product recommendations.

Existing automation tools helped creators reply faster, but only for simple, keyword-based interactions. More personal or in-depth questions often went unanswered, leaving missed opportunities for connection and conversion.

That insight led to iSonic — a platform that turns a creator’s existing social media posts, videos, blogs, and podcasts into an interactive AI Assistant. Instead of forcing audiences to hunt for answers across channels, iSonic makes their content instantly accessible through conversation — while allowing creators to naturally integrate affiliate links, courses, and products their audiences will value.

Key Insights

After research and speaking with content creators with a primary presence on various platforms, we identified the following insights to drive the direction of the product.

1.

Creators are seen as "experts"

Regardless of true experience in an area, because they possess a significant following and create content around a particular topic, creators are often asked specific questions which aim to tap into their perceived expertise on the topics of their content.

2.

Creators receive questions, but can't answer them all

Unless a creator has implemented a method of automatically replying to certain keywords of messages, they can at times be too busy to reply—leaving their audience with unresolved questions and, in some cases, leaving money on the table by not replying with relevant links to products the creator is affiliated with.

3.

Creators want their content to be evergreen wherever possible

Content that creators produce can maintain importance and relevance, but can get algorithmically unfavored due to factors such as a distant publish date, and they seek ways to elevate the prominence of this content without needing to "repost".
